MONT TAMALPAIS

To have the most beautiful view on the bay of San Francisco, climb up to the top of Mount Tamalpais (elevation 784 m). Take the Panoramic Highway and then the Ridgecrest Road, to get to the top where there is a pay parking. From here the panorama is breathtaking, and 10 minutes of easy walking is enough for a 360-degree vision. You can see to San José and, in fine weather, to Sacramento.
