It's impossible to miss this vast facility on two levels, at the corner of Elgin and Hollywood. There is a lounge bar on the ground floor at a chic restaurant on the floor, where a pastry area is hidden to drool those nostalgic. A "everything under the same roof" concept is very successful: cosy and sensual atmosphere, controlled and inspired cuisine, and inventive cocktails, including the Elgin, exquisite mixture cognac and champagne. Happy hours between 18 am and 21 pm.
