Discover the strategic role Gander played in aviation, particularly during the Second World War. Several era aircraft are also exposed on the outside field, such as the Beech 18, Lockheed Hudson Bomber, Voodoo CF 101, and Consolidated Canso. You can also take a real DC -3 and install at the cockpit. Inside, exhibits include photographs, civilian and military artifacts, aircraft simulator and helicopters, etc.

Fogo Island is a tourist destination located on the island of Fogo. For information on attractions, accommodation, food and drink, as well as hiking and craft activities, visitors can visit the Visitor Information Center.
