The Karagani cellars are located in the north-east of the town. This distillery was founded in 2006 by the Cherven family. Lora and Gheorghe Cherven perpetuate a family tradition which goes back to four generations. In addition to the visit of the cellars and the tasting of the very good wines produced by this domain, you can discover the small family museum presenting many gagaouze handicrafts (furniture, carpets...). It is possible to eat delicious gagaouze dishes (such as kavurma, gözleme...) and to take gagaouze cooking lessons.

This estate has 2,000 hectares of vines with the varieties cabernet, merlot, pinot franc, muscat, sauvignon, chardonnay, aligoté, saperavi and rkatsiteli. It produces red, white, rosé and sparkling, dry, semi-dry, semi-sweet and sweet wines. In 2019, Vinia Traian participated in fifteen international fairs. Its wines received the silver medal at the Mundus Vini Spring Tasting in Neustadt, the gold medal at the International Wine Challenge in Bourg, the bronze medal at the Decanter World Wine Awards. Vinia Traian has stores in Cahul and Vulcănești.

Aurvin was founded in 2001 by the Russian company Dionis Group. It processes 10,000 t of grape bunches each year, producing 20 million bottles of red and white wines. It has modern western technologies. The vineyards extend over 200 ha and include the following grape varieties: Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Pinot Grigio, Chardonnay... To visit this wine factory, it is necessary to go through a tourist agency. However, it is possible to buy wines on the spot, on the production site.
