In summer, its lush courtyard is one of the most pleasant places on the island. This establishment, open all year round, is worth a visit. Surrounded by olive trees and in the shade of three eucalyptus trees, you can taste specialities from the Ionian Sea. Beautiful menu with many corfiote dishes, originating from the neighbouring island, such as sofrito (beef and garlic sauce), bourdeto (fish in red sauce) and pastitsada (chicken and beef in sauce with pasta), but also dishes specific to Paxos such as tsilichourdopita, a pie with lamb giblets...

The Vassilis tavern is well placed facing the horizon: a road separates it from the sea. For thirty years, Vassilis prepared fresh fish and delicious ready meals. Now, even if the patriarch's first name has remained, it is now the turn of his son Kostas, who has become the worthy guardian of the tradition. He took up the torch with dishes such as fish cooked in the orange and dill oven or his fresh lobster. Everything is well done. It is by far among the best establishments, which justifies its price. Excellent service, pleasant.

Perhaps the best restaurant in Gaios (reservation recommended in summer!). The setting is pleasant and you can watch the boats pass by while waiting to be served. The terrace tables are always full and the establishment is popular with the local population. Mambo offers one of the best grilled fetas on the island, but also excellent souvlakis (chicken), grilled octopus or meatballs. Don't miss some interesting homemade specialities such as squid, zucchini croquettes or stuffed peppers.

You have to walk all the way to the end of the pier but it is worth it. You will recognize this restaurant by the statue between the restaurant and the sea. Hurry to be at the water's edge! Facing the green statue of the port, a little sheltered from the passageway, a few minutes from the square, this restaurant with terrace offers a magnificent view. And on the plate, a superb varied cuisine at a very reasonable price. Perfect for an octopus salad or just to have a drink. And apparently, many boat crews seem to have a habit here!

Dinner just a few meters from the beach, what a delight! Especially when, on top of that, the food is tasty. A la carte, zucchini from the garden, stews, pies or seafood risotto in the middle of olive trees. In the middle of the olive trees, fresh grilled fish and fresh seafood dominate the menu of this tavern. Prepared dishes, pies, pasta and risotto, meat dishes, homemade desserts, freshly prepared ice creams and cocktails served at the bar on the right side of the courtyard. Quick and polite service. Unless you just come in for a cocktail at sunset.

You can have lunch at the Rosa di Paxos on the beach. This restaurant serves Italian-inspired Greek cuisine on a beautiful flowered terrace. In the picturesque bay, you will sit at tables with director's chairs. On display: a high level Italian cuisine (table open in the morning for breakfast), with fifteen kinds of spaghetti and some suggestions for meat dishes. Carpaccio (octopus, tuna, swordfish), fresh fish and exquisite lobster. Delicious steamed mussels are not to be missed.

At Nionios you will taste the authentic Greek cuisine. The owner invites you into his kitchen to show you all the dishes cooked and there is a choice! After presenting you with the available dishes, the chef will be pleased to let you taste his extra-fresh products of the day. Gemista (stuffed tomatoes or peppers), beef stifado (cooked with wine), vegetable lasagna, moussaka, cheese puff pastry... Vegetarians will also have a large choice of dishes at their disposal! Simply, in season, don't forget to book before you go!

An excellent cantina, although slightly off the port. It is worth coming to Vontza for its good gemista (stuffed tomatoes), chicken souvlaki and Greek salads. To accompany this, order the delicious house wine offered here. Its beautiful shaded terrace is popular with locals all year round. And in the kitchen, Spiros offers fresh fish, stifado and keftedes, tasty meatballs. For dessert, Spiros is happy to offer you melon and fresh grapes, or baklava.

In this bay, you will be served traditional dishes by the sea. This fish tavern serves excellent spaghetti with langoustines, fresh fish, squid and grilled octopus. Perhaps one of the best addresses on the island. In any case, the service is good, with many different dishes on the menu. You will find all the Greek classics and daily specials. The plates are tasty and the portions are generous. Another sure sign is that there seem to be a lot of locals and regulars.

Very bucolic place under a pergola and a giant olive tree. In a marvellous courtyard, near the port, where freshness is at the rendezvous, even during the great heat, one can enjoy langoustines, crabs and good fish in abundance. For carnivores, lemon pork and barbecued chicken fillets are also to be enjoyed. Homemade desserts are particularly good. Quick service, even when it's full. In the end, the dishes are very correct, with generous portions, but not given .

What a nice find! Facing the port of Lakka, this establishment is often crowded in summer. And the boats come here to refuel. The cuisine is simple but tasty: Greek salad, tzatziki, saganaki shrimps (cooked in a small earthenware pot with tomatoes and onions), grilled sardines, stuffed vine leaves, Greek salad, chicken with chips and meatballs. The portions are generous and the prices are very correct. Efficient service and excellent value for money before heading back on the road or a moment of idleness.

Overlooking the beautiful translucent beach of Voutoumi, this restaurant offers a heavenly view, a "Bella vista" as its name suggests. Small grilled fish, Greek salads, meat skewers... The dishes are correct, the prices a little higher than elsewhere but the panorama is well worth the candle, especially at sunset! It takes a bit of courage to get there (a lot of steps) but it's worth it. The view is then magnificent.

The restaurant is ideally located on the beach of Vrika, one of the most beautiful beaches in Greece! It feels like the Caribbean but the ouzo served at Spiros reminds us that we are in Antipaxos. Grilled fish, mezzedes, spaghetti with crustaceans and even lobster, you will be delighted! The staff is friendly and the prices are not exaggerated. The food is good, the service is nice even if during the month of August you have to be a little patient. But hey, it's the holidays, and there's always something to do around here!

A magical place by the sea. The seafood is very fresh. Octopus carpaccio served with couscous, spaghetti with seafood, pink tuna in sushi mode, there is no lack of delicious dishes! The house wine is also of excellent quality. Very well located, with impeccable service and flavors that pleasantly surprise you. Akis has a passion and loves what he does. He takes great care in choosing the ingredients, the music and the decoration. Of course, all this comes at a rather high price, but it is justified!

A traditional ouzerie facing the sea. Limited menu, but only made of fresh products. Fried fish, salads, home fries, tzatziki... Lots of mezzedes to enjoy with an iced ouzo or a glass of white wine. Pleasant and comfortable, run by extremely nice young people, this restaurant will not disappoint you in any way: fresh, traditional and delicious Greek food in a perfect location near the port. Excellent value for money. With good service in a surprisingly cheap place!
