You can also enjoy sandwiches and hamburgers. All in a pleasant atmosphere, in a shady courtyard just a stone's throw from the main square.

Push open the mosquito-screened wooden doors to discover a place that's very popular with the locals. Both the interior and the courtyard are well decorated, adding to the warm atmosphere. For breakfast, try the hearty "copaneco": omelette, black bean purée, plantains, cheese, cream, sausages and, of course, tortillas. For lunch and dinner, pupusas and local dishes. Reasonable prices, friendly waiters.
