Also known as "Pärdsställ", this traditional restaurant, which also serves as a pizzeria, is located in the rustic setting of the former stables of the Count of Clervaux, on the edge of the woods (Clervaux Park) and slightly overlooking the town. The cuisine consists of excellent meat and fish dishes, tasty salads or beautiful pizzas. Located in the Prabbeli socio-cultural center, in the renovated premises of the former Gruber brewery (1835-1969), Eis Kichen is an inclusive restaurant managed by the non-profit organization Coopérations. The team, in the kitchen as well as in the service, is composed for the most part of people with special needs. The restaurant offers three dishes every day: the "tradi", a typical Luxembourgish dish, the "geméizing", a vegan dish based on local and seasonal organic vegetables, and the "Dal Mondo" an international classic. Closed and replaced by the Rhino Brasserie, Da Loneti is now back on the Clervaux culinary scene. This highly regarded restaurant is located on the first floor of the Hotel Le Clervaux. The menu features Italian specialties ranging from carpaccio and osso buco to a wide selection of pastas and risottos. Wood-fired pizzas complete the menu. Its terrace, in the heart of the pedestrian center, is very pleasant. Thanks to its success, the restaurant is often fully booked (especially at weekends): remember to make a reservation!
