Located in the Prabbeli socio-cultural center, in the renovated premises of the former Gruber brewery (1835-1969), Eis Kichen is an inclusive restaurant managed by the non-profit organization Coopérations. The team, in the kitchen as well as in the service, is composed for the most part of people with special needs. The restaurant offers three dishes every day: the "tradi", a typical Luxembourgish dish, the "geméizing", a vegan dish based on local and seasonal organic vegetables, and the "Dal Mondo" an international classic. An inspiring address.
