This can be seen in lutte demonstrations and improvised football games. Possibility to rent a small box and mats to put bags and towels. Near the port, in the evening around 17 pm, ask to see the arrival of the fishermen and the market to fish on the beach, a great moment, effervescent, teeming with colorful fish.

From here you will meet blue marlin, sailfish, dolphins, dolphins, sharks, barracudas, red carp, tuna, trevallies, badges, groupers, sea bream. Big game fishing is practiced from June to November, trolling with lures, live or dead natural bait. Long-line fishing is practiced from November to June: you can measure yourself against the famous big red carp (djabbar) and rock fish! STADE DEMBA DIOP
Read moreThis is the oldest of Dakar's two major stadiums, built in 1963. Originally called the "stade de l'Amitié", it took the name of the former mayor of Mbour and Minister of Youth and Sports, under the presidency of Léopold Sédar Senghor, in 1967. While soccer matches are played here, the stadium is best known for the unmissable wrestling matches that take place in its 15,000-seat arena, which could do with a major overhaul. It's a spectacle, both sporting and cultural, not to be missed.
