Theaters Pacific Coast

This is the beautiful theatre of Colima, which is located in the heart of the city and was built at the end of the 19th century (from 1871). It is the only centennial building in the state. In 1879, when its construction was not yet completed, the theatre hosted bullfights. Since then, it has been the cultural heart of Colima, where plays, operas, festivals and performances are held throughout the year. Thanks to important renovations, it has recovered its splendor after decades of decay.
