The Winter Festival at Place des Arts is one of the best music festivals of the year. It takes place at the Philharmonie and presents the best contemporary performers. From the end of May to the beginning of August, the festival's rich programme presents the best opera dancers and singers of the moment in two mythical venues: the Mariinsky and the Hermitage Theatre.
