Scuba diving and snorkeling Samaná Peninsula

Swiss couple Serge and Christine Baudat have been running this renowned diving center in Las Galeras for many years. They offer introductory dives, training courses to pass your levels, or à la carte dives in the various spots of the Samana peninsula. The center is PADI-affiliated. You'll enjoy a warm French-speaking welcome and a family atmosphere: here, there are no more than five divers on an outing! The staff know how to adapt to all levels and offer invaluable advice. The Dive Academy, whose offices are located in the center of Las Terrenas, is a diving center (SSI and NAUI certified). It is on board of a 35 feet long catamaran that we go to discover the surroundings, for trips going from 3 hours to the whole day. As for diving, there are many options, from the first dive to the dive trips in the bay of Samana, including training courses. Whale watching trips are also available, from Samana or Cabo Cabron, depending on the weather. Audrey speaks French.
