ADEGA VINHO WINERY
Read moreMourvèdre, tempranillo, touriga, sangiovese and arinto were the first varieties planted here. Started by the Bilger family, there is a pleasant conviviality in this small Texas vineyard. Adega Vinho means "Wine Cellar" in Portuguese, and the method demonstrates a willingness to follow the traditional winemaking process rather than reinvent it. You can taste all the wines in an indoor room as well as outdoors. We highly recommend going outside for the idyllic Hill Country atmosphere!
HIGH STREET WINE CO.
Read moreHere, newcomers can enjoy a very careful selection of wines, beers and ciders from around the world. The atmosphere is sober, modern and chic, with a very nice bar to enjoy a good glass of wine. They offer charcuterie plates that we highly recommend, with rosette de Lyon, wild boar with spices, accompanied by great cheeses such as manchego or mimolette. Their wines come from California, Oregon, Washington, or even South Africa, Palestine and even Lebanon!
