While toilet roll juggling is making the buzz on Youtube, a certain Bixente Lizarazu, our 1998 football world champion, shares his training routine via his Instagram account. To motivate the troops in this period of confinement, he presents us every day with some of his favourite exercises via short videos. Sheathing, cardio or flexibility exercises that don't require a lot of space, to be practiced in the morning or at any time of the day. We are dealing with a specialist: the Basque has been able to keep himself in great shape after his football career.
