Valentina is a figure on the island. It offers simple dishes from northern Portugal, but also typical açoriens dishes. This is a very large and cheap price. A bar and restaurant like no other on Flores, and there's only one. The owners, Sylke and Uwe, offer delicious local cuisine, prepared mainly with produce from the garden. The à la carte dishes are original. These include fish curry, sesame or almond-crusted fish, and fish and pineapple kebabs. The meat, meanwhile, melts in your mouth. The atmosphere is convivial, and the Azorean music is appreciable, especially as it is rare to have the opportunity to listen to it. A recommended address. Good little seaside restaurant. Delicious food at affordable prices. It's a sort of stone inn offering simple but very good dishes. Service is fast and friendly. You can eat inside or outside on the lovely terrace overlooking the Atlantic. If possible, it's best to go there for dinner, when the sunset will put on a superb show. We also suggest you take your aperitif on one of the benches in the garden. During high season, remember to book in advance.

A small vintage turquoise truck parked on a downtown square, it's impossible to miss Monica's friendly foodtruck. Here, they only serve good food: burgers and home fries with Flores cheese, crispy chicken sandwiches or a delicious chili. All of this can be accompanied by cakes and sweets that are simply amazing, or a lemonade with seasonal fruits. In the summer, a table allows you to eat in the sun.
