The Flor de Lis menu features dishes inspired by Popol Vuh, the sacred book of the Maya. These include sophisticated tamale, green banana toast with crab and coconut emulsion, and mushroom salad served with cream of pea and beef soup. A tempting menu, where you can discover original combinations that garnish both burritos and tacos - served by four - like the fish marinated in a homemade beer and mustard sauce, accompanied by chipotle mayonnaise, avocado and red cabbage. First of all, the modernity of the place, decorated with care and paying homage to the artist Frida Kahlo, through the portraits hung here and there. This farm located 20 minutes south of Parque Central was founded in 2004, on land previously used to grow coffee and roses. After starting with salad varieties, the owner diversified to eventually work with over 100 foods... Which you'll find on your plate when you eat at the property's delicious restaurant. An unsuspected oasis in the heart of the city, the restaurant is set in a large garden nicely decorated with garlands of lights and decorated with many green plants. Its specialty is the grill - parrilla, as its name suggests - on which pizzas are prepared, as well as assorted meat and fish dishes.
