Casteljaloux is home to a padel tennis court, a racket sport derived from tennis and similar to squash, which is played on a smaller 10x20m court, with a net delimiting both sides of the court and fencing or glass walls all around. A group of 4 friends and associates, most of them former tennis players, were behind the creation of this cutting-edge sports court in the hangar of a former sawmill on the banks of the Avance river. Three padel courts are now available for this accessible and friendly sport.
