This country pub serves refined dishes, prepared with local products. In the summer, the focus is on seasonal fruits and vegetables. Melon as a starter, roasted apricots, tomato salad, broccoli wok with soy sauce Vegetables to accompany a selection of meats and fish such as chicken, pork, steak tartare... Platter of local cheeses. The chef is inspired by British cuisine to create contemporary creations. It's lively, modern and tasty. Start with homemade bread, then test the smoked salmon or lentil and quinoa salad. As a main course, your choice of meat such as a Welsh fillet of beef with its carrot purée with roasted onions and red wine sauce. On the sea side, we discover a fish risotto with asparagus and candied cherry tomatoes... A delight! Before dessert, you can discover an assortment of Welsh cheeses. Downstairs, in the pub, you can find a "more British" menu: Welsh lamb, salmon and grilled meat. Excellent! There is also a wine lounge area with an impressive wine list!
