The menu is full of goodies, including delicious norgers (the house hamburger) with fish (perch) or lamb, as well as salads and Finnish specialties. And to accompany your meal, there's nothing better than one of the many beers from the highly specialized selection. Combine all this with smiling, efficient service and you've got a great address!

This gastronomic restaurant with sea view is by far the best in Naantali! Its menu is composed of fresh local products from the sea and prepared with care. You will love their delicious fish soup, smoked reindeer dishes or fish with crayfish stew... The chanterelle risotto is excellent, just like the rest. Be careful though, sometimes the service can be quite long. The plus: some dishes are gluten-free, lactose-free, vegetarian. Nice wine list to go with it all.

A Sri Lankan specialty restaurant in Naantali? Some would say it's a crazy idea, given the richness of the local gastronomic heritage. And yet, the Red Lobster has managed to make a name for itself and a loyal clientele since it opened. It has to be said that, with the quality of its cuisine and the (welcome) revival of its spicy dishes, the gamble paid off! At lunchtime, for example, there's a very hearty €11 menu (with main course, salad, rice, naan and coffee). A great place to take your mind off things!

Turku's best pizza? Perhaps. The best names for said pizzas, inspired by the English royal family? Definitely. And the best atmosphere in a large radius? Definitely! Far from being just a pizzeria, Cup and Pint is more of a bar-bistro where people like to get together to share a (delicious) pizza, have a drink or enjoy one of the many entertainments offered by the bosses. Be warned: the place fills up very quickly, and service can be a tad long (but that's part of the charm of the place)!

In a retro atmosphere, you can enjoy, at Revolution, the bar and its excellent cocktails, the kitchen where you can enjoy excellent burgers as well as good grilled meats, or its pub side where you can drink your beer while supporting your favorite sports team. The service is always excellent and very friendly, as well as the atmosphere which makes you want to take your time by prolonging your meal or your drink! The waiters and waitresses know how to put you at ease and if you hesitate, they will give you excellent advice.

If you're looking for a really nice place to eat, right next to the harbor and the château, look no further than the Mr. Gren bar. In a beautifully decorated room (or on the terrace - with blankets if you need them), you'll be able to enjoy simple but beautifully prepared dishes with a strong Nordic flavour. The salmon pasta is delicious, as are the desserts. The menu changes as quickly as the smiles on the staff's faces, and it's a real pleasure to come back and be pampered!

The delicious restaurant Smör is a true master of Nordic cuisine! Inspired by fresh, seasonal local produce, you will totally succumb to their pike-perch with Icelandic truffle, Finnish beef with potatoes from Lapland or organic Aland lamb with celeriac rave... all in a lovely candlelit atmosphere. And to respect the vegetable and fruit seasons, the menu varies and is adapted every eight weeks. A treat for which we advise you to reserve, especially in the evening.

Right across from the train station, a tiny restaurant that locals consider to be the best Thai in town (and even in the region). Whether you choose to eat in (with seating for 5 indoors, but large tables on the terrace, ideal for sunny days) or take away, it's up to you to understand why Thaï in Town is worth a visit! The menu features some fifteen different (and tasty!) dishes, ranging from the subtly spicy to the downright fiery. A warmly recommended delight, whatever the season.

Open since 2018, Aune has quickly become the go-to address for locals and travelers alike when it comes to burgers in Turku. In a room with a slightly bohemian, industrial decor, all you have to do to feel good is settle down, under the watchful eye of Al, the premises mascot, royally installed in his terrarium. On the menu: three-cheese, pulled pork and bacon burgers, served with crispy potatoes. There's also a choice of salads and (good) beer. In short, loved and recommended!

Located in the harbor district, halfway between the castle and the city center, Rantakerttu is mainly known among locals for one specialty: its lunchtime burger buffet! Available to carnivores and vegetarians alike, it's not open all year round, but it's well worth a visit (keep an eye on the website to make sure you don't miss it). Apart from this particular feature, a lovely terrace, an honest selection of beer, pleasant service and pretty good burgers make this address a spot to keep your eye on.

The best burger restaurant in Tampere? At least, that's what the many people who queue up every day to treat themselves to an Ohana burger say! This restaurant, located in the covered market halls of Tampere, is 100% local: the bread comes from the bakery opposite and the meat from the butcher's shop next door. Service is fast and efficient, with a simple but effective menu: beef, chicken or vegetarian options, with a side of fries (including a recipe with parmesan!). In short, an ideal address!

This restaurant was voted the best restaurant in Finland! Here we are dealing with a real gastro with incredible flavours; every dish explodes in the mouth! All the ingredients come from Finland and most of them from around Tampere. In winter, they preserve the ingredients using only natural and ancestral processes that have the merit of preserving the flavours and colours. We recommend that you take the option with the wines, which are meticulously selected to best match the different dishes.

With its terrace overlooking the river, this restaurant enjoys an idyllic setting. It is also pleasant after dinner for a coffee or a digestive. We appreciate the calm and quality of the restaurant. The menu changes often, a daily peach, a vegetarian dish and meat - ideal to satisfy all gourmets. And for toddlers, a children's menu is available. The wine list is varied and you can even taste a white and a red wine from the village of Noita Winery. A great opportunity to discover the country's wine world!

In 1880, one of Turku's schools for girls was built here. The pupils deserted the classroom in 1997 and it is the customers who crowd together in tight rows upstairs. On the ground floor, there is a wine and beer bar, all produced by the house on site. Visible vats above the counter. The planispheres and paintings have not moved. The spelling lessons have just given way to the prices... Huge, original and always surprising setting, with a terrace for 500 people. The good plan : the lounas during the week.

On the outskirts of Rauma's historic centre, this restaurant offers both international and traditional Finnish cuisine. On the menu, among other things: pan-fried Baltic herring stuffed with scrambled eggs and served with forest mushrooms, or a salad of marinated salmon and smoked shoulder of mutton with horseradish sauce. For the more carnivorous, we advise you to try the meat, which is of excellent quality and always well cooked: the steaks are particularly melt-in-the-mouth. Good quality/price ratio for the lounas during the week at lunchtime.

Right in the centre of Pori, close to the market square, Café Anton is both a pub and a very comfortable restaurant. And who says pub, also says good selection of beers! In the evenings, the atmosphere is provided by good music. As for the restaurant, go and taste the very copious and cheap lunches; the lounas is really worth it (from Monday to Friday, at lunchtime). As for the staff, they are very nice and helpful. In short, a good place to come at 11am as well as late at night until closing time to party.

It is the only panoramic restaurant in the city, located at the top of the tower, accessible after a somewhat sportive climb in a small park with large trees. Magnificent view of course... Certainly one of the best restaurants in the city, with an elegant and luminous setting and large bay windows. The dishes are as beautiful as they are good, and they are as good as the view that is offered to us... We're in for a treat! Note: you can go up the tower for free just to admire the view, even if you don't eat in the restaurant.

From the top of the tower (168 m), the panorama of the lakes and forests surrounding the city is exceptional. The cuisine is in keeping with the setting, with dishes that have a strong Nordic flavour, in keeping with Scandinavian culinary tradition. The reindeer (with fennel) literally melts in your mouth, as does the sweet trout starter. To be able to enjoy such a meal in such a setting is a rare experience, enhanced by service that's totally up to scratch. Reservations are highly recommended!
