You can choose and participate in a workshop where cooking classes are offered by the most prestigious chef in Geneva: Serge Labrosse. Several themes are proposed: how to prepare a cuisine worthy of a starred chef, a vegan cuisine, pastry making, how not to miss a cooking... In a beautiful building in the old town of Vevey, chefs offer workshops in French, Italian, Thai and Japanese cuisine, and even meals in the dark to heighten flavors and sensations. You'll learn tips and tricks, tricks of the trade and procedures. Whether you're a novice or an amateur, alone or with friends, everything is planned to pass on to you the chefs' passion for their cuisine. Bonus: you get to eat the fruits of your learning. The restaurant is also a wine bar, tapas and cooking workshop. It must be said that at Katrepices, we like to share recipes, good times and the family cuisine that unites. At first, you think you're entering a simple shop dedicated to the art of the table, but surprise, at the back: a room with a worktop, a kitchen and a dining room. In a friendly spirit, everyone gets involved with the chef's advice and then tastes his recipe around a table.

If you want to introduce yourself to Thai cuisine and be in the mood of "fire shots" in cooking, then this is the right address. For you will learn and practise alongside the cooks of the new restaurant Na Village, located in Vésenaz. It's a unique decoration. You will learn to cook an entrance and a dish that you can then enjoy on the restaurant's table d'hôte.
