First you will be offered the skin to be savoured accompanied by thin strips of leek and cucumber and a delicious sauce, all to be rolled in pancakes, then you will be served the meat first cooked in a spicy Szechuan sauce and then sautéed with soy sprouts. More classic dishes are also à la carte and on order you can also enjoy lobster from the fish tank in the chef's style. The summer terrace is very pleasant.
