Things to see and do Guinee Forestiere

The road is not easy to access. First of all, we need to be a little correct track, then the wrong track, or even the walk. The access path is 4,8 km from the roundabout of Kissidougou, on the road to Kankan, at 135 degrees on the right. This is in fact the second track that leaves on the right from the roundabout, after that which leads to the Biblique biblical center. We arrive in the village of Nongoa after crossing some coffee plantations (4 km), then continue on the village of Kongola, 4 km further. From there, the track becomes very bad about 4 km before arriving at the bridge. Take a good morning for this expedition.

This cave, which is wide open at the entrance, was a place of refuge for the local population in times of trouble. According to the legend, if you are inside, the bullets of your enemies cannot reach you. It is also a place of devotion where people come to make sacrifices in the hope of obtaining a positive outcome to their requests. Archaeological excavations carried out in the 1950s revealed the very ancient presence of populations there. A new arrangement now allows to sit facing the cavity to better observe it.
