Leicester Territories offers you rentals and every year families, young people… Access to housing is facilitated by a range of services, such as HIRED-PASS® aid to guarantee payment of rent and settle your deposit. To purchase your principal residence, CILSO can take advantage of the Accommodation action. In the event of a change or new employment, an adviser, specialist in professional mobility, will accompany you. And if you have problems with housing, contact our CIL PASS-ASSISTANCE® service for personalised support. For young assets, it is possible to obtain, under conditions of resources, temporary accommodation (furnished and equipped studio) in MOOV'ACCESS® residences. The CILSO is composed of 11 agencies, including Bordeaux and Libourne with regard to the Gironde. In spring 2013 the CILSO signed a convention with the Cub to assist families who wish to acquire their first principal residence, thanks to a rate 0% loan, under resource conditions and a list of transactions labeled by the Bordeaux metropolis.
