AUBERGE DE LA TOURELLE
Read moreThe inhabitants of Tournan-en-Brie made no mistake in plebisciting this address, especially in the evening to come and have a drink at the bar and/or to enjoy a relaxed dinner. The pub-style decoration with exposed stones and beams immediately brings the atmosphere to life, and the dishes on offer, especially slate, surprise the customer somewhat, with dishes that are typical of the brewery, but also more unexpected, such as homemade burgers, nems (you read it right), and even an amazing fondue briarde that we rushed to test! In fact, it is halfway between fondue and raclette, served in a casserole filled with Brie cheese and served with pork, salad, chips and bread. Simple but effective! However, we would have liked it to be a little more generous. Desserts are much more classic (sorbets for example). The clientele is generally young and quite family oriented. For those who want to be quiet, it is best to avoid the tables near the bar

LE PARI GOURMAND
Read moreLe Pari Gourmand has moved to the place of La Gourmandise, a restaurant once appreciated by the inhabitants. The room has been renovated, enlarged, and benefits from a classic decoration and beautiful amenities. The chef offers a traditional French cuisine well prepared with fresh seasonal produce, which fills the delicate palates: fresh duck foie gras, salmon tartar, duck breast with cider, cod back with crayfish sauce, beef carpaccio with pesto, etc. The plates are well stocked and the service is both courteous and sober. As for desserts, let's mention the classic crème brûlée and its Bourbon vanilla and other dark chocolate fondant, very successful. Somewhat far from the most commercial areas of Torcy, this restaurant contrasts completely with the competitors located in Bay 1, it is true, often much less qualitative.

L'ÉTOILE DU MAROC
Read moreA convivial and pleasantly decorated place, L 'Étoile du Maroc remains a good address for the city for whom you want to eat. The dishes are not surprising and well cooked, offering the embarrassment of choice among the Tajine classics, couscous, jokes, lamb skewers, Moroccan salads, etc. A children's menu is also in the program, to be drawn from traditional traditional dishes. We love the place, even if the outdoor terrace overlooking the avenue appears a bit too noisy to our taste.
