Embark on the Mansathau, a catamaran with mixed propulsion to discover the Thau lagoon. The 55-minute guided tour will take you through the oyster beds and provide you with a variety of information: after the geographical data, the captain will retrace the history of shellfish farming and explain the current farming methods with the help of a slide show. Gourmet escapade, sunset (only in summer) or private excursion with skipper are also available.

Pierre and Stéphanie offer adults and children the opportunity to discover the underwater treasures of Les Aresquiers. This plateau is full of common Mediterranean species (octopus, sars, sea breams...), as well as rarer specimens for the region such as moray eels, groupers, étrilles, and crustaceans. Several formulas are available: first dive, exploration trip, diver training, first aid adapted to diving. On site, you will also find a rental service for diving equipment. This family pool welcomes young and old, beginners and experienced swimmers, schoolchildren and clubs of the agglomeration all year round. It is equipped with a large 25 m sports pool, with swimming lanes for swimming and a section dedicated to free swimming. Supervised by a team of lifeguards, it is the scene of daily swimming lessons or aquagym sessions. On sunny days, the roof can be partially opened.

Experienced instructors accompany beginners, intermediates and advanced in their sports practices in the form of courses, private lessons or supervised sailing. It is also possible to rent equipment. Note that the center offers paddle aperitif rides at sunset: an unusual moment that combines a walk on the pond and wine tasting.

Tramontana windsurf is a mobile windsurfing school. Thierry and Pierre, the mobile instructors, move around according to the wind and weather. In summer, these two enthusiasts set up on the banks of the Etang d'Ingril to pass on their windsurfing knowledge to holidaymakers. In French or English, beginner or advanced, you can join them for windsurfing, windsurf foiling and stand-up paddling lessons, individual or group, or even a training course.

For a sporty and playful outing, you can go with your family or friends to the Pumptrack installed south of Gigean. Pumptrack ? It is a loop course, made up of bumps and sharp turns, which can be enjoyed with different sports equipment: Mountain bike, BMX, but also rollerblades, scooter or skateboard. Inaugurated on July 3, 2019, this Pumptrack is to date the largest in Occitania. It offers three levels of difficulty to wheel sports enthusiasts. Remember to put on a helmet to practice safely.

This new aquatic center brings freshness to young and old. It is equipped with a 25 x 12.5 m sports pool as well as a shallow learning pool that can accommodate beginners. A water play area also offers youngsters a safe place to play. The glass facades offer a view of the trees and the Gardiole massif. In fine weather, access to the outdoor beaches completes the experience.
