The plates are always beautifully laid out, a pleasure for the eyes. The food is fresh, excellent but expensive. The service is impeccable, smiling and very professional.

An incredible address, first of all because of its surrealist setting, the cellar of an old cartridge factory which dates back more than three hundred years. Period costumes for the waiters and waitresses. It is also an incredible address for its atmosphere and its inexpensive and succulent dishes. We recommend the soups and the traditional dishes (plate of fried herrings with garlic sauce) served with beer or wine. Soups are even served in bowls made of bread.
