In 1923, the bakery moved to Smyrnis Street, the present Tsikirtzi Street, and it is at this address that it is still located today. Some would say that they are the best in Greece. In any case, the one made with sykomaida (fig paste), xinomyzithra and dried nombolo smoked ham won the prize for the best Greek macaroon in 2017 in an annual competition organized by the French Embassy! But try the other cakes, too. Their lemon pie, in particular, is a real "killer".
