La Colmiane has a remarkable Via Ferrata, the Baus de la Frema. With a length of 1,600 m and a difference in altitude of 446 m, the route is extremely challenging. The aerial ramps allow you to observe the landscape, and it's not unusual to take breaks to enjoy these moments of communion with nature. It takes around 4h30 to complete the entire route, with varying degrees of difficulty in different parts, including two monkey bridges.

Since 1990, Philippe Bugada, a state-patented escalator, has been trusted to gain the foundations for escalation and recall, to make progress, to become self-sufficient. You can also prefer to be guided on amazing strings, where discovery and adventure are the keywords, sometimes sporty, often aerial, always in a spirit of safety and respect for the environment. The range of benefits is expanded with even more vertiginous vertical hikes and one week internships in the Var and Verdon.
