In the heart of an exceptional natural site, classified Natura 2000, at the foot of the rock, relax on the waters of the Argens in canoes and kayaks or on paddles. You will discover little-known, preserved and peaceful sites, far from the hustle and bustle of the French Riviera, even if one of the 2 routes will lead you to the Mediterranean. You can also discover the trails of the Maures and Esterel forests on foot or on mountain bikes and e-bikes, play mini-golf on a tree-lined course. Activities are organized throughout the season.

This activity of full nature in sea kayaking, accessible to everyone (from 7 years old), combines sport, nature, escape and discovery and allows to appreciate the riches of the Var coast otherwise, with a graduated guide. At Bandol, the departure of escorted outings takes place at the Capelin Beach.

Frédérique and her team would like to take you off the beaten track and share with you their passion for nature sports in the Gulf of Saint-Tropez, by offering you exceptional sea kayaking trips (during the day, at sunset and on full moon evenings), paddling (individual and giant) with or without supervision (initiation, hiking or yoga paddling), Polynesian pirogue, mountain biking (muscular or electric), hiking in the heart of the Maures forest or along the coastline

A swimsuit, a tee-shirt, a cap, sneakers and you are equipped to discover the charm of Correns and its surroundings. In an alcove of greenery you will go down the Argens river, during the 7 kilometers which separate Vallon-Sourn from Correns, with a lock to pass, some mini-slips, a slalom between the trees. You will bathe in pools of wild nature, you will sunbathe in the wells of light, finally you will discover the fauna and the flora so particular of the first organic village of France. The duration of the descent is about 2h30.

Tree climbing, paintball, speed cross, etc.: the activities in this adventure park are quite diversified. Nine courses in the trees, playful and amusing for children, sporting for the older ones, are dedicated to tree climbing as well as more than 125 workshops and games, with complete equipment provided. A nocturnal acro-branch is organized every Tuesday and Thursday in July and August. A relaxation area with a refreshment bar, under a shaded terrace, is at your disposal.

The SPCOC, canyoning school known for having trained champions, offers kayak rentals on the water. The proposed course is a relatively easy one, which allows you to do the trip in complete autonomy. The equipment is provided, helmet and vest included. The proposed kayaks are open and have a self-bailing system. The meeting point can be at the canoe-kayak base, or upstream of the river depending on the water level.
