The Hatha Yoga is practiced in dynamic or mild progress, where you will learn postures, salutaions, breathing and guided relaxation. Prenatal yoga is custom-made for you or with 2 or 3 participants. The Yoga Dance is a yoga performed in music and dance, it will also be offered in mini courses.
