This club, set up in the heart of the Maures massif in 2003, under the direction of Séverine Pellerin, a state-qualified teacher with a passion for horses and equestrian sports, offers leisure or sports riding, pony and horse riding activities, competition outings, advanced training courses during all school holidays, federal exams and summer camps. Services are offered to owners.

This activity of full nature in sea kayaking, accessible to everyone (from 7 years old), combines sport, nature, escape and discovery and allows to appreciate the riches of the Var coast otherwise, with a graduated guide. At Bandol, the departure of escorted outings takes place at the Capelin Beach.

It's the biggest mountain bike event in the world! Established in Fréjus and Roquebrune-sur-Argens since 1997, the world's premier mountain biking event is now attracting over 20,000 participants every year. Amateurs and professionals of all ages are increasingly lining up at the start of the various races on offer. For five days, numerous events are organized at the various sites of the Fréjus nature reserve. The Roc d'Azur is also a cycle show, bringing together all the major bicycle brands.

A mountain leader and canyoning guide, the manager offers sporting activities all year round, depending on the season, to discover the nature of the Nice hinterland. Half-day, full-day or weekend, alone or in a group, you can choose your program from a whole range of activities supervised by professional instructors and guides: hiking, canyoning, climbing, via ferrata, via souterrata...). These outings can also be adapted for disabled people.

Want to take to the open sea? Here you can rent RIB boats with a license and boats without a license. After a briefing on basic safety rules, you're off to explore the Côte d'Azur coastline. There are several possible routes: the east coast towards Nice and Villefranche sur mer with its harbor, and the west coast towards Antibes and along the Cap. Saint-Jeannet is well known for its Nature Essentielle event organization. Carqueiranne is home to the Galamaoud Association Spéléologique, which offers caving, canyoning, climbing, hiking and via ferrata. This new golf course, owned by the Barbero family, completes the existing offer in Roquebrune-sur-Argens and plays the card of attractive prices in order to democratize this sport, as its name indicates! Whether it's raining, selling, or snowing, physical training is all year round! If the motivation is not always high in winter, cross-country skiing and snowshoes can be excellent activities to give you a boost! The northern area of Beuil-les Launes, situated between 1500 and 2011 metres above sea level, has 25 kilometres of cross-country ski runs, divided into three tracks of various difficulties. The less trained will be able to embark on the trail of Sagne, while the experienced skiers will enjoy the two red tracks: those of Cumba Clava and the Saint John Plateau. Hameau hamlet, Estenc is located at the source of the Var, between 1780 and 1850 metres of altitude. Its area of Nordic skiing stretches over 11 kilometres, offering the curious de the opportunity to try the joys of cross-country skiing without sweating blood and water. The Xivth National Park is located in the Beau National Park on a well-groomed and well-signposted route. How do we not taste the exercise in winter in the face of the so grandiose picture of snowy landscapes, still virgin from all human beings?

This route invites you to ride in the last territory attached to France in 1947. The village of La For and the classified valley of Roya have many historical and architectural treasures, which will be known to you as the kilometres travelled… Among them, the sanctuary of Notre-Dame-des-Fontaines deserves an extended stop: You will discover a whole range of culture and traditions in the Brigasque region. Very little relief, rich and colourful flora, small roads secure and isolated from circulation: the Quail plain definitely meets all the criteria for a successful outdoor exit. It would be a shame to miss the unusual story of the Quail meteorite, whose breeding is now visible in the church bell!
