The UFOLEP Sports Centre hosts groups for sports and full nature activities offered by state-patented officials, as well as high-level sports courses or training courses. This centre also allows different nautical pleasures. All you have to do is join the association and it is possible to rent equipment, canoes, kayaks on the half day or day. It is also possible to try sailing, windsurfing, catamaran, board or dinghy; the vest is always provided.

How not to be addicted? The Accro-Der is an accrobatic park installed in the trees. Equipped with a harness and a carabiner, you move from tree to tree at your own speed. After a briefing with an instructor, you cross the monkey bridges, the footbridges, and let yourself be carried down the zip line. 5 courses are marked out including one reserved for children. We progress in the woods and, from green to black, the courses become more complex. You can go up to 15 meters high. And to be comfortable, sportswear is required!

To learn painting or drawing or simply for pleasure, the workshop is open to all lovers. The free workshop on thursday and friday allows to will come to set your equipment and to progress in a bright and spacious dining area. For those who prefer the formula of course, the 3 days periods are offered to learn the contemporary figuration, to widen techniques of design and even go to paint the landscape on the shores of the lake. 

At 3 min. from the city, you can easily find this place at the entrance to the village. Here, at the edge of the forest, the old hollow oak welcomes visitors. Surprising, this old tree within which the kids like to sit down. Then the journey begins, punctuated by signs explaining the sports movements to try to keep the shape. Other signs comment on the flora, and the walk is aimed at everyone.

L'Aquarelle is the largest aquatic center in the region! In the aquatic area, you can bask in water heated to 28°C, while the kids have fun in the 55-metre waterslide and the play pools with their geysers, bubbles and hydrojets. The 6-lane competition pool is sure to delight sports enthusiasts. The wellness area offers pure relaxation in saunas, hammams, cold wells and bubble baths. L'Aquarelle also has an osteopathic practice, a tennis court and a gym.

Station de trail takes you to explore the Argonne through 10 marked trails for all levels and 5 trail workshops to train. By bike or on foot, discover the rich heritage of Sainte-Menehould and the green landscapes of the Argonne forest. From 5 km to 43 km, you choose the circuit adapted to your level and let's go! The most accessible route takes you to the castle hill, an ancient fortress of the 13th century, the more experienced runners will go to the Chêne Napoléon, in the Land of the King Tree, and finally it's an impressive 43 km trip to Florent-en-Argonne that awaits the most daring.
