The Cave des Lombards is the perfect place if you are looking for a good bottle. Cédric Morizot, the owner of the place, has made a selection of champagnes and there are of course some references from the vineyards of the Sezannais hillsides. The other champagne products are not left out with the beer of Valmy, the champagne cider, the ratafia, the fine, without forgetting the old marc. The store also has a large selection of wines from other regions of France. A small delicatessen section completes the whole.

Since 1996, the ^7th generation of Callot has been at the helm, with the youngest of his four sons, Thierry, now managing the family business. The company is still committed to traditional winemaking in its Grand Cru terroir. It produces a range of wines divided between Grands Crus and Premiers Crus. The "Clos Jacquin" cuvée, a locality in Avize, is aged for a year on lees in wooden vats. The company also produces a 100% Avize vintage champagne called Les Avats, a fine, high-quality wine from a south-facing vineyard planted in 1951.

Passionate winegrowers for 5 generations, the Crépaux family owns vineyards in different areas of the Champagne region such as the prestigious Côte des Blancs, the Montagne de Reims or the Vallée de la Marne. For more than 20 years, it is Sébastien Crépaux who has taken over the torch. You can count on his love for a job well done! Each cuvée has been finely thought out. For example, for a top-of-the-range cuvée, Sébastien favors vinification in oak barrels with pumping over of the beds during the entire vinification. 5 magnificent cuvées are to be discovered.

Perfectly maintained, this magnificent residence opens its doors to distinguished guests. The museum, installed in the old cellar, illustrates the history, the know-how and the spirit of the house. Today, the brand exploits a vineyard of more than 100 hectares. The champagnes are matured in pits of nearly 10 km, dug on 3 levels. Numerous champagne vintages are offered by the house in 3 different collections. Unfortunately, the cellars cannot be visited, except in the form of a virtual visit which remains nevertheless fascinating!

A visionary and entrepreneur at heart, Albert Bergère created his own brand in 1949 in Épernay. A heritage and a love of the vineyard that was passed on to his youngest son André who has since taken up the torch. Supported by his wife, both have worked hard to expand the vineyard in an exceptional diversity of soils. This allows them to produce reference wines that are appreciated by many wine lovers in France and abroad. A sales/tasting store, guest rooms and a cellar are to be discovered.

Founded in 1947, Champagne Jacquinot et Fils is located in the hills above Épernay, a stone's throw from the Avenue de Champagne. The range comprises 5 cuvées, starting with Brut Private Cuvée, the House's Brut sans année, a blend of 70% Chardonnay and 30% Pinot Noir. The Cuvée Millésimée Symphonie Brut is a blend of 60% Chardonnay and 40% Pinot Noir. Cuvée Symphonie Rosé is made only in the very best years. In the glass, these wines offer a gentle melody.

The La Fine Bulle cellar is a reference in Epernay, where it has two shops offering the best of champagne: a store and a restaurant to prolong the pleasure with a gourmet tasting of the fabulous nectar and champagne gastronomy. Champagne Élodie D is a women's story, and has been for 8 generations! Today, the estate is certified as a High Environmental Value and Sustainable Viticulture. 6 fine, delicately crafted Premier Cru champagnes to discover in their floral dressings: Brut, Demi-Sec, Blanc de Blancs, Rosé de Saignée, Belle Âme (100% Pinot Noir Vintage) and Résurgence (also a Blanc de Noirs Vintage). In parallel, Élodie's husband Fabrice is now the master of La Demeure d'Élodie, a guest apartment the couple created in 2017.

Welcome to the Domaine Proy Goulard currently managed by Lucile and Alexandre. The duo manages a vineyard of 4.5 ha. The vines, 35 years old, are planted on terroirs with a strong identity thanks to clay-silt, sandy-silt and chalky soils. This diversity offers a rich and complex aromatic palette. A natural and traditional vinification, an ageing time between 2 and 7 years as well as a low dosage allow the champagnes to express all the typicity of the terroirs they embody. 5 wines are to be discovered.

In the heart of the emblematic Avenue de Champagne, the Syndicat Général des Vignerons has opened its boutique. A hundred or so cuvées represent the four regions of Champagne, the fruit of the expertise of a hundred or so winegrowers and cooperatives. A fine range of champagnes, typical of their terroir, which can be tasted by the flute or bottle, on the premises or to take away in this beautiful 80^m2 immersive space. The boutique offers events throughout the year, starting of course with meetings with the winemakers and tasting workshops.

Jean-Pierre and his son Julien work a beautiful "Grand Cru" classified vineyard in Mesnil-sur-Oger. Julien and his wife Sarah have made a historic turn by becoming harvesters and handlers in a family that was originally a cooperative. For them, there is no compromise with quality, champagne is a timeless luxury product that they have to elaborate from the very beginning of the harvest to the decoration of their 4 exceptional vintages.

At the heart of this house, founded in 1872, expertise has been handed down from father to son and daughter for 8 generations. Today, Séverine and Caroline Launois continue the adventure, producing a fine range of champagnes. A particular favorite is the oeil de Perdrix cuvée, with its spicy nose and complex mouthfeel. Their website also showcases the finest nearby monuments: an enchanting château and an educational museum. The estate also offers harvest days.

The Champagne house Henry de Vaugency is installed in Oger since 1732. This vineyard uses only the chardonnay grand cru classé grape variety for the elaboration of its champagnes. We will quote: the cuvée Carte Noire (grand cru) aged three years in cellar with its brilliant and clear dress or the cuvée Sélection (grand cru) aged five years in cellar with its golden dress tending to the yellow straw. In Vertus, in the heart of the Marne, in an exceptional wine region known as the "Côte des Blancs", lies the 23-hectare family vineyard, now managed by Michel Maillard.

At harvest time, the opulent Chardonnays proudly emerge from the south/south-east exposure and unique chalky soil. A house style handed down from father to son, an ancestral know-how and very high quality grapes contribute to the elaboration of champagnes with a unique minerality and freshness.
