Certified HVE, VDC, vegan and in organic conversion, the vineyard of Paul-Vincent Ariston extends today on 12 ha. The House markets wines named after one of the family's ancestors: Aspasie. The wines express the rich and atypical character of their terroirs of origin. In the range, we particularly appreciated the Brut Réserve, a powerful and well-balanced champagne and the Brut Blanc de Blancs with aromas of hazelnuts and white flowers, which can be tasted with a fresh salmon tartar and smoked salmon! It's magical!

The world of this brand, named Comtesse Gérin, is marked by the little stories that make the big ones. The bottles are dressed in the image of the noble garments of yesteryear: with pomp and meticulousness. This symbol conveys a philosophy we love: pleasure, sharing, know-how and festivities. It's easy to imagine these fine cuvées flowing thanks to the work of talented men and women. Comte Audoin de Dampierre champagnes enjoy a reputation that is certainly not to be made anymore, and that holds firmly, like the cork of the cuvée de Prestige, between two well knotted strings. The cuvées are part of a very beautiful range with bourgeois accents, and whose traditional spirit is very exciting. The cuvée Ambassadeur Blanc de Blancs combines finesse and elegance. Located in the Saint-Thierry massif, this family operation of harvesters and handlers has an exceptional know-how that has been passed on with fervor and passion for 8 generations. Today, Christophe Boulard and his son are at the head of this 8-hectare estate, which extends over a rich mosaic of terroirs. The winegrower is keen to share his know-how and his passion for the profession, and offers visits to the cellar with a wine press as well as wine tasting sessions.

In his day, Francis Boulard's grandfather cultivated his vineyards according to the lunar calendar. Since 2001, Francis Boulard's organic approach has been driven by the desire to produce natural, expressive champagnes that reflect the specific characteristics of their terroir of origin. To discover: an extraordinary range composed exclusively of champagnes with the same identity. Our favorite is Petrae, produced according to a principle similar to that of the solera.

Franck Début works an 8-hectare vineyard with a strong predominance of meunier grapes, using sustainable viticulture, in the purest respect of traditions. For the neophytes, the website of the House is very informative on the history of the village and the wine making process. These owner-growers have made time their ally and patience their secret. Stainless steel vats, malolactic fermentation... everything is put in place to preserve the personality of each wine whose taste signature is definitely round and greedy.

A true epicurean, Sidonie Delangle loves good local produce, a passion she shares in her delicatessen, La Plancherie. Here you'll find a fine selection of top-quality cheeses from the best producers in the four corners of France, from Brie de Meaux to genuine Roquefort matured in the caves of Roquefort-sur-Soulzon, authentic Iberian charcuterie, pata negra ham, lomo, chorizo... as well as local artisanal products. And for your aperitifs, the house even concocts made-to-measure platters and offers you a wide choice of mature cheeses, charcuterie and many other artisanal delicacies to compose them.

Acquired in 2012 by Maxime Ullens, this family estate in Hermonville remains deeply attached to ancestral know-how. The plot-based cuvées are still stirred by hand and vinified in barrels using the park's oak trees! Biodiversity plays an important role on the estate, with the presence of black bee hives and Faverolles hens, which can be seen at the end of the harvest! Their meunier-dominant BSA is a marvel.

In the past, small independent producers from three neighboring communes cultivated the vines and sold their grapes to the trade. In 1961, three of them decided to acquire a common press. Then, little by little, others followed in their footsteps until they formed the Janvry group of producers. Driven by the same philosophy of quality, these winemakers created in 1975 the brand Ch. de l'Auche revealing to wine lovers all the beauty of the wine of the mountain of Reims. We are particularly fond of their Cuvée du Chapitre, a sublime 100% meunier!

Welcome to the heart of one of Champagne's oldest families, whose roots date back to 1653. Today, the owners cultivate a 6-hectare vineyard spread over 7 villages, 1/3 of which are classified as Premier Cru, and offer a range of wines with a low sugar content so that freshness and vivacity can be fully expressed. The Domaine covers 120 hectares and no less than 45 vintages, with classic grape varieties, from the Saint-Thierry massif to the Montagne de Reims, to offer a fine range of champagnes: brut prestige, extra brut, demi-sec and rosé, as well as the cuvée Dynastie blanc de blancs, the cuvée Grenat vintage 2013 and the cuvée 30&3 extra brut, a tribute to the 33 sovereigns crowned in Reims.

The Domaine Luc Mérat, whose history began in 1930, is located in the heart of the Massif de Saint-Thierry in the Merfy area. The current owner, Luc Mérat, is very involved and committed and was the former president of the "Jeunes Viticulteurs" group at Nicolas Feuillatte. A vineyard of 7 ha allows to ensure a constant quality of the wines and thus to perpetuate the gustative signature of the House. Located on the southern slopes of the Saint-Thierry massif, the Maison's vineyard, which covers 11 hectares, is divided into some thirty different parcels. Alexandre Chartogne has been at the helm of the vineyard since 2006 and is committed to making the most of the unique characteristics of the terroir. Working the soil on horseback, planting free-range vines, working with materials and containers to make wine, this neo-winegrower goes off the beaten track to the delight of enlightened wine lovers!

In the heart of the Saint-Thierry massif, in the village of Pevy, the Hautbois family has been cultivating 6 ha of vines with skill and passion for 5 generations. The 3 Champagne grape varieties are well represented, with 55% pinot meunier, 25% pinot noir and 20% chardonnay, offering a rich mosaic of terroir and unique taste qualities. Brut, rosé and Grande Réserve make up the range. As well as Achille, a 100% chardonnay vintage wine, and Harmonie, a perfect blend of the 3 grape varieties.

The name Forest-Marié is symbolic, illustrating the union of two families: one from Trigny, where Thierry hails from; the other from Écueil, where his wife Gracianne was born. On a daily basis, these passionate independent winegrowers keep a close eye on their vineyard of 86 plots. The variety of their terroirs makes for rich wines. 7 champagnes to discover. The Cuvée Saint-Crespin Premier Cru may well amaze you. This 100% pinot noir reveals sublime aromas of yellow-fleshed fruit, and is an ideal accompaniment to any meal.

Maxime Blin and his wife Claire have chosen to produce their eponymous range of wines with passion and authenticity on the family farm in the Trigny area. Their vines provide them with grapes of a very good quality and allow them to make exceptional wines. Always smiling, these winemakers will be happy to make you discover their certified organic domain and their 11 vintages. We are particularly fond of the Clé d'Éole, a cuvée vinified and aged in barrels, produced in a few hundred copies. Winemakers to follow!
