Combining walking, trotting and galloping, this equestrian center offers exceptional high-altitude rides, enabling you to quickly reach the peaks. In just 2 hours, you can be up and down a number of peaks. At an altitude of 2,000 metres, the enchanting landscape unfolds with snow-capped peaks as a backdrop, enhanced by streams and old barns, sometimes accompanied by a shepherd guiding his flock through the alpine pastures. During the winter season, the stud farm also offers horse-drawn sleigh rides!

Whether it's raining, selling, or snowing, physical training is all year round! If the motivation is not always high in winter, cross-country skiing and snowshoes can be excellent activities to give you a boost! The northern area of Beuil-les Launes, situated between 1500 and 2011 metres above sea level, has 25 kilometres of cross-country ski runs, divided into three tracks of various difficulties. The less trained will be able to embark on the trail of Sagne, while the experienced skiers will enjoy the two red tracks: those of Cumba Clava and the Saint John Plateau. As for walkers, rest assured that they are not left behind. The Beuil station also offers two marked and dammés circuits; We advise you in particular the Discovery itinerary, about two hours.

In the summer, you can enjoy a bucolic hike through the flowery meadows and spruce forests, while in the winter you can enjoy snowshoeing on the big white carpet. In all, more than 50 kilometers of marked trails crisscross the mountains: the Sestrières plateau, the Gialorgues valley, the Col d'Anelle... The summit of the Alpes-Maritimes is Saint-Dalmas-le-Selvage, perched at 1450 metres high! The circuit we propose here starts with tourist information and first evolves in the centre of the village. We invite you to step away slightly, to take advantage of the flowering meadows, the forests of larch and spruce, or even the gentle atmosphere of the alpine.

Visible in winter from the village, these two superb icefalls are over 100 meters high and form a magical and spectacular landscape. On the Giallorgues icefalls, there are generally four climbable lines, rated from 4 to 4+. Their ascent is free, but reserved to the initiated or to the persons accompanied by a professional. Don't hesitate to ask for information from local climbing groups.

The water plan of Saint-Etienne-de-Tinée is every summer an ode to freshness offering several activities, from swimming (free) to multiple water sports (pay). You will be able to initiate the joy of kayaking, at the buoy unless you prefer to rent a transat to perfect your tan? Also on site, find games: table tennis, table tennis. Not to mention the area for picnic with family and the bar to fill large soifs or creux.

Enjoy mountain biking in summer in an exceptional setting, without the presence of ski slopes! Choose from two green trails, four blue trails, four red trails and two black trails. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced rider, you'll be able to enjoy this sport in a grandiose environment, with a total course of 27.5 km, guaranteeing thrills and spills. Mountain bike outings accompanied by an instructor are available, including discovery of Isola 2000 trails, an introduction to freeride and a snack break.

Located in the heart of the resort, this open-air pool is open exclusively in July and August. Maintained at a pleasant temperature of between 25 and 28 degrees, it offers magnificent views of the surrounding mountains. The aquatic area offers a range of fee-paying activities, including swimming lessons and aquagym classes. 10-entry cards and season tickets are available for regular swimmers, and the use of mattresses, parasols and chairs is available to visitors.

During the winter season, Auron's main square is transformed into a magnificent ice rink. Whether you're a novice or a seasoned skater, you'll enjoy gliding across the ice, provided you dress appropriately if you decide to venture out for this nocturnal experience. During the festive Christmas season, merry melodies accompany the turns and accelerations of the sliding enthusiasts. Be aware of the crowds if you are accompanied by young children. Seats are available to watch the skaters and relax.

The ESF offers a full range of services on the resort's slopes, adapted to the age and level of each skier. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced skier, you can choose between private or group lessons for downhill skiing, snowboarding and freestyle, as well as a variety of activities such as snowshoe treks and more. Children aged three and over are catered for, and people with reduced mobility can discover handiskiing, bringing the pleasure of the mountains to everyone.

Enjoy the fresh mountain air to make mountain biking. Auron has the largest mountain bike area in the Alpes-Maritimes department. Served by 4 ski lifts and 1 be lift lift, these are 50 km of slopes (1 black, 4 red, 9 blue and 3 green) and 17 circuits all available. What to satisfy small and large, fans of thrills or not.

Take advantage of the warmer weather to play tennis in the mountains! The Auron municipal swimming pool offers a large heated pool open all year round, as well as a smaller pool for children and a solarium for sunbathing at the water's edge (with deckchairs and parasols for hire). During the winter season, the balneotherapy area is ideal for recuperating after a day on the slopes. An attractive ski-pool package is also available. The pool also offers aquagym sessions from 10 to 11 a.m., as well as swimming lessons.

This 9.5 km long walk takes you on a journey between heaven and earth. The route is lined with structures representing the planets of the solar system, in a 1:1,000,000 scale reconstruction. The first part leads to Jupiter, then to Senator Lake. It is a family portion: count 1h30 round trip. The itinerary continues on the theme of the stars to reach the Sainte-Marie shelter (3h AR). The most courageous will go up to Neptune, the highest point of the route (5h AR). The Discovery and Nine variants (2h AR) allow to vary the pleasures.
