Dol Gin is the most representative of the region, as is Yellow Gin, whose juniper aroma is enriched by lemons from Lake Garda. The liqueurs are exceptional: apricots and pears from Val Venosta farms, high altitude raspberries, plums and grapes from Alto Adige.

Ivo is dedicated to bringing bread back to its fundamentals: high-quality organic flour, pure water, homemade sourdough, and hand-harvested Sicilian salt. We recommend ordering online before picking up during opening hours. You'll also have the chance to see the production laboratory through the store window and meet Ivo in person. This artisanal bakery-pastry shop combines the tradition of old-fashioned bread with local gourmet products. Here, we practice a drastic sorting of ingredients, we only use flours, yeast and olive oil from organic farming. Perfect for preparing a picnic in the mountains.
