A pioneer in the field of adventure sports, this company created and built the via ferrata Cala Molí in Sant Feliu de Guíxols (a route built in a mountainous area) in the early 1980s. Since then, many activities have been added to the range of proposals: new vias ferratas, canyoning, a circuit of seven zip lines located in its Aventura Park, as well as caving or coastering (a route along the coast by jumping, climbing and swimming). A great way to discover the south of the Costa Brava in close contact with nature.

Here's your chance to discover and visit the caves and beaches of Tossa, while admiring its seabed, viaa transparent-bottomed boat. The trip lasts around 1 hour and takes you from Tossa's main beach to the pretty beach of Cala Giverola, after visiting 3 caves and 3 coves. You're free to stay and have a drink or a snack in one of the bar-restaurants, or to take a dip. And take a boat a little later. The boats, Gavina and Freu, leave every hour on the hour.

It's one of the most highly regarded diving centers not only in Catalonia, but throughout Europe. With great respect for the marine world and a taste for training that is both comprehensive and personalized. The diving team is led by Meri Alorda and Chiqui Bustos, both PADI instructors who know all the ins and outs of diving in Tossa. In addition to training, the center also offers seven diving excursions. These include La Mar Menuda, one of the best night dives on the Costa Brava.

Located on Aiguabla beach, the centre is set in a privileged environment as the Begur cape north of the cove protects it from the strong north winds. A location that also protects it from the Garbí winds, which are very frequent in summer. This PADI-approved company offers diving courses of all levels, as well as first dives and a total of sixteen dives to discover rays, groupers, moonfish, octopus, sea bream and lobsters... and corals and gorgonians. As well as the cove of Aiguablava and archaeological remains.

This center is the great specialist in sea kayaking and snorkeling. It has a wide range of offers in this area, including simple and family formulas that allow you to discover Cap de Creus or the Parc dels Aiguamolls de l'Empordà in a fun way with an ecotourism approach. The packages also include two-day tours, either to Cap de Creus or to explore the different stretches of the Costa Brava in greater depth. It also offers guided tours to discover nature.

This sailing club has a sailing school recognised by the Catalan Sailing Federation and a swimming school. It offers introductory sailing courses for groups or individuals. And sometimes sea trips. Scuba diving can also be practised there, with courses, baptisms or guided walks in many points, about twenty of them located around the club. This green route, which is 5 kilometres long, links Castelló d'Empúries and Empuriabrava, and runs along the river Muga. There are two entrances, one for bicycles and hikers, the other for horse riding. This allows you to be as close as possible to the special ecosystem of the banks, which are home to small forests of ash, alder and poplar trees that are home to all kinds of birds. Halfway along the path, a wooden bridge crosses the Muga River and leads to the Aiguamolls de l'Empordà Natural Park.

Founded in 1965, this center has acquired many years of experience in the Medes Islands area. It offers a complete and modern infrastructure for divers: multilingual guides and instructions, two boats with several trips per day (morning and afternoon), a training room for conferences and courses (all levels) and an equipment repair service. You can also enjoy a restaurant with a terrace offering a daily menu and an on-site accommodation reservation service.

This family business of 10 people offers a boat rental service with a fleet of about 20 boats, renewed every year and checked every day. If you rent your boat from l'Estartit, you can sail to the Medes Islands, just in front of the port of l'Estartit. And if you head north, you can cross a cave in the open sea called La Foradada, anchor at Cala Montgó, Cala Molinet or Empúries beach... On the south side, you can reach the cape of Begur, in the reserve of Ses Negre Marina.

Located in the heart of the Natural Park of Torroella, the Medes Islands and Baix Ter, this nautical resort offers water and sports activities for all public, levels and old. Almost fifty proposals for discovery nature and sport: the calm of kayaking on the River Ter, the adventure of hiking, the underwater exploration of the Medes Islands in scuba or snorkel diving, in flight in hot air balloon, route among nature in segway 4 x 4, excursion in Burricleta, adrenaline to max with the skibus or the jetski, gliding in surf, sortie or pirate boat… and an exhibition grazing! Founded in 1990 and located in the Panorama Hotel, this family-run diving center has all the services (drying and transporting equipment, inflation station, store with all the latest news). Two 15-meter boats (with hydraulic elevators for a comfortable ascent), with a capacity of 30 divers each, will take you quickly to the Medes Islands. You can make your first introductory dive or follow the different steps to become an experienced diver. Do not hesitate to consult the list of the proposed diving sites.

This club offers many sports activities. Above all nautical, of course, with sailing and kayaking courses, but also the possibility of renting boats, sailing or motor boats. There are also tennis courts, a swimming pool and a fitness room. There is also a bar-restaurant where you can have a drink in front of the sea. Since 1969, it has been the deep-sea specialist of the Catalan Costa Brava. Caves, drop-offs, platforms, mountains, faults, cavities... and even a wreck inhabited by groupers, cuttlefish, conger eels, lobsters, barracudas, lobsters, moonfish... In addition to outings, a varied program of courses completes the offer: Padi e-learning, Advanced Open Water... Founded in 2004, this school offers surf courses for all levels, from beginners to development for the most seasoned. Its beliefs, a very personalized teaching via small groups and a transmission of the values of respect for the environment. We also offer you an introduction to paddle surfing, to practise with family or friends. Since 2015, the school also teaches windsurfing using particularly light sails. Sport to which you can begin in the morning when the sea is calmer. Other option proposed, rent a board to travel through the Fluvià River from school to the mouth.

Located in the Sant Miquel campsite, this diving center allows you to enjoy safe and comfortable dives whether you are an expert or a beginner. You can enjoy the best sites in the north of the Costa Brava: Cap de Creus Natural Park, Banyuls-Cerbère Marine Reserve and the Colera-Portbou fishing area, thanks to two boats that provide access to these diving points. During the high season, the center also offers many aquatic activities such as snorkeling or safari cruise. Diving for children from 8 years old.

With Canadian canoes and kayaks at its disposal, this agency specializes in recreational outings on flat and whitewater. 3 courses are offered on the Ter River, ranging from 2h to 6h, and are of varying difficulty. The descent allows you to discover the fauna and flora of the region, supervised by experienced and safety-conscious instructors, and the return trip can be done by bicycle, Segway or on foot, with or without Nordic walking poles. Possibility of renting a boat by the hour to navigate independently on the water.

Run by Francesc, a native of Nevá, this riding center, located right next to the Can Serraïma country house, offers a unique horseback riding experience in a privileged environment. You will be able to opt for excursions and outdoor rides that will be tailored to your needs, in order to ensure the utmost tranquility. The method used for training horses is based on trust and mutual respect between man and horse. It is also a riding school for children and adults, whatever their level.
