Located on the eponymous rue des Forges, Café des Forges is a friendly little spot in the heart of Dijon's historic center. Just over a year ago, Clémence took over this authentic bistro with its pretty moldings in one of the most beautiful streets in the Cité des Ducs. Her secret? A menu and a warm welcome at all times of the day in a typical, elegant brasserie setting. Clémence's traditional breakfast menu is perfect for early risers or those who like to make the morning last. Lunchtime bistro dishes are available on the slate, such as the oeufs parfaits meurette frites et salade at 12 euros. In the evening, a selection of tapas, charcuterie and cheeses: enjoy a nice aperitif with friends.

The company has grown, diversified and offers a superb and wide selection of quality coffees and teas. In 2019 was born "Le Petit Bourguignon", a local, artisanal and family roasting. Located right next to the Godrans tram station, the boutique Les Comptoirs Thé Café offers about forty freshly roasted coffees selected from the four corners of the world. There's plenty to discover, including the excellent Mélange Viennois, a coffee with a gentle and comforting tendency. In addition, you can have a little coffee to go on your way to work to wake you up. Tea lovers won't be disappointed either, as Alain and Laïla offer 200 of them, including teas from the Kusmi Tea and Dammann frères brands. Finally, the shop sells all the accessories you need for a good cup of tea, such as JURA coffee machines and Bodum essentials.
