You can consider a visit to the Chasselay domain as an immersion. Nothing less. In the rural cottage (from 245 to 352 €, depending on the season, during renovation in 2010), there is a bed and breakfast table "with fireplace", four bedrooms and an exciting "cellar of Clare", where the young woman offers tasting courses in so many thematic workshops. This magical wine cellar, topped with wines from all over France, overlooks ciders, artisanales beer and pointus whiskies. Yolk, this is a very rich and beautifully shaped universe. However, it is impossible to forget the essentials, the wines of the domain. The eleven vintages to be tasted are all AB-labeled. Red Beaujolais 2009 The 4 Seasons is direct, complex and fresh. More structured, the Cuvée 2008 must open in a jug to reveal a character that loge the lodge over many of the wines in the region. Another reason to get lost in the Chasselay? At the edge of the Beaujolais, Monique Jacquet welcomes you in his th century bourgeois stone house in the heart of the vineyards. Enjoy the tranquillity of the park walks, breakfast served on the terrace on the floor or outdoors, in an exquisite crockery, worthy of a large hotel. The three rooms compete with ancient charm and elegance with spacious rooms (from 20 to 35 m 2), with views of vineyards, bathroom, private WC, hall. The reception is also remarkable. Nearby, there are many possibilities for you (sport, walking, water games, festivals…)

Antoinette and Jean-Luc receive you in their beautiful Home and share with you their living room with fireplace and their dining room. Three large rooms, including a family suite for up to six people, are tastefully furnished and each has its own unique atmosphere. After a good night's sleep, you will spoil yourself with local breakfast, with homemade jams and local white cheese. You can also enjoy the guest table in the evening, in the garden or at the corner of the fire. The utmost care is given to the preparation and balance of meals. Note that on Tuesday dinner is vegetarian. If you are interested in ecology, the subjects of discussion will not fail, Antoinette and Jean-Luc are both passionate.

Agnès and Marcel are wine-growers and welcome us in the heart of Beaujolais's great crus in a house that lacks character (trees, flowers and adorable  !). Usability here is not a vain word: Everything is designed for the well-being of the guests, with great sincerity. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Everything is made home  ! Agnès and Marcel will make you taste their wines  : Beaujolais-villages, Beaujolais Beaujolais, rosé beaujolais, windmill, morgon… accompanied by cold meats and cheese. Today the Beaujolais vineyard covers 22 000   ha, between Mâcon and Lyon, on the first foothills of the Massif Central, producing about 180 million bottles. Our wine growers will also be able to share their passion for the profession. As for their know-how, it is there, in your glass, so generously offered. A very charming address.

Valérie and Michel Find warmly welcome their guests with small, caring gestures such as fruit basket from their orchard that you will find upon arrival. For breakfast, take your time, the homemade jams and the brioché bread of the Boulanger baker will seduce you at the same time as the first rays of sunshine. For breakfast can be served on the sun terrace or in the shade of the Pergola, opposite the Beaujolais valleys. On the garden floor, a beautiful wooded park (pine umbrella, magnolia, rosemary, or yuka) with a closed garden and swimming pool gives you a taste of the great south. The entrance of the rooms is independent. A private water room with thalasso shower has been installed to provide a better relaxation. Parking space in the courtyard.

Between vineyards and forest, Sylvain and Laurence Etard welcome you in their th century house. In a warm and quiet setting, two four-person cottages and two guest rooms with two beds of 90, jumelables, bathroom and WC have been completed. Our maîtres will also propose you to taste wines and local dishes (andouillettes, quenelles, grilled sausage, fire pot…) around their table of hosts. And if you want, Nomade, their packed donkey will serve you as a guide at 20 € the 3 h, or 40 € the 5 h. There are many walks in the surrounding area and you will appreciate this cross-country stopover. A real treat!

The Cross of Saburin dominates this host house, and the vineyards form a place around the property. Calm and serenity permeate you from the very beginning! In a 140 th century Beaujolaise house, Monique and Jean-Michel will be pleased to welcome you in their two guest rooms, completely renovated, composed each one bedroom with a bed of, bathroom or shower and private toilets. At your disposal, a lounge will allow you to read, play chess, Cartes, or simply relax if you are not attracted by the pool. Books and magazines await you, and you will feel at home, which is their greatest wish. A superb fireplace is operational during the cool days.

And we find our hosts of the cottage mentioned above! Organic wine growers, members of the association "Ceps and Ploughs", regularly fold into controls by an independent certifying body. At home, not synthetic chemicals, but a long and patient work that closely respects the eco-system. Come and convince yourself by their Régnié and their Beaujolais villages! Possibility of hosting a group of 50 to 100 people; a wine tasting will be offered with a Beaujolais mâchon (cheese and cheese in the region). On site, a cottage installed by our owners will allow you to take advantage of the moment. Camping area.

Here you will be quiet in a quiet part of the property of the owners. On the floor, a room with kitchen corner will be reserved. Further above, a small mezzanine and two-bed room, as well as a shower room and WC, will complement your small area. If you wish, your hosts, farmers, will let you visit their farms. They can also welcome pilgrims who would make the road to Santiago de Compostela.

In their house of character, guests offer their rooms with independent access, terraces with veranda and exterior with garden lounge. A day's room with corner-rest, kitchen and TV will welcome you to your excursions, unless you want to take a head in the swimming pool! If you have a baby, the necessary equipment will be available. Also possibility to add a bed for a child (16 € the extra person).

In a former farmhouse, restored and rehabilitated, hemmed by the vineyards, Stéphane has installed three guest rooms (the Chamber of Secrets, Sighs and Silence) of great comfort with a private bathroom each. Breakfast will be served in the courtyard under the pergola, in the small lounge at the corner of the fire, in the garden under the cherry, near the basin or perhaps in the large kitchen… at the time of the seasons. You will find all the kindness of Stéphane in the decoration of the house and the reception she will be able to book.

In the heart of the village, a superb golden stone residence by Laetitia and Denis. It is not known whether all visitors are homeless hikers on the GR 7, but what we know is that the reception is warm and the rooms are spacious and high quality. A lot of charm for a house where you can extend your stay, forgetting the way… Unless your steps lead you across the country from this house where you will be given all the information useful for your walks. 

In a beautiful little house, two rooms with private health care are welcome. A day room with lounge area is reserved. In the winter you will enjoy the delicious breakfast with its home-made jams, the summer you will enjoy your lovely garden on the vineyards. Your hosts, wine growers, will be happy to make you taste their production.

For almost 10 years, Agnès and Jean Foillard have opened their doors to you. The portal, we discover a large tree courtyard, the first sign of space and calm. The spacious and tastefully decorated rooms offer comfortable comfort (large beds). On the floor, a bright lounge and library are reserved for guests. Breakfast (faisselle, fresh fruits, pressed fruit juice, cold meats, cheese, white bread or cereals) is a great time to start the day. Finally, amateurs of good wines, Jean is a wine-grower and will be pleased to make you taste his morgon and red beaujolais.
