What a long way we have come since 2010 thanks to the know-how and dynamism of Vincent Damestoy who, in Anglet in his superb boutique, as in Bayonne, a little out of the heart of the city, in an area where he has set up his second boutique, offers a selection quite identical to that of Anglet: spirits, Burgundy, sweet whites, wines from the South-West, the Rhone Valley, Languedoc-Roussillon, foreign wines, Champagne... are displayed in a very nice way. With a particularity, the emphasis placed on craft beers, in a wide range of France and the world, after having scoured the breweries of all these countries, an exceptional collection, the Beers of America as the "Raging Bitch", German, Japanese, Irish, Corsican, Basque - of course. With of course initiatives in all fields, the proposal of boxes on the "Nose of wine", tasting evenings. And now, a mobile wine bar that comes to you for a reception, a corporate event. And a third cellar near Biarritz airport completes the good series.

In 1993, the Briau brothers opened their cellar on a simple principle: quality, advice and service at the best price. Since 2013, it belongs to the family of François-Xavier Borie (owner of Château Grand-Puy-Lacoste) and has evolved by increasing its offer of wines, champagnes and spirits but keeping the concept of its founders. Fabien Bouchereau, the founder, is passionate about wine, history and gastronomy. For more than a decade, he has been unearthing numerous old bottles, especially in private cellars. In his "Clos", he wanted to make the pleasure of a great wine ready to drink accessible to amateurs and epicureans. Over 100 m², he has more than 2,500 references, featuring a wide range of old vintages at low prices, great names, wines from well-known and renowned winegrowers, but also from talented new winegrowers. Nearly 600 references come from cultivation without chemical inputs, with a particular focus on biodynamic wines

The Other Comptoir has expanded and as a result tasting sessions are organized every month: organic and biodynamic wines, arranged rums, homemade beers, etc. The cellar has nearly 1,000 carefully selected references that respect the terroir and producers: wines from France or abroad, rums from the West Indies, Colombia, Indonesia, Guatemala or Barbados, peated, fruity, woody, Japanese, Scottish or Irish whisky, etc.

Vinimarché, already established in Pessac and Saint-Genès, is present in the Halles de Bacalan. At its head Régis Deltil, a former industrialist, passionate about wine who has converted, and his son Bertrand who has just joined him. Here the sign is both a cellar and a wine bar. The selection is still as precise as ever but accessible to all budgets, from small nuggets to large bottles with a space for the great classified growths. Les Caves René is an institution in Pessac. In its lair, the most beautiful references of wines from here and elsewhere are presented to visitors. For advice, simply contact the Caves René team, who will guide you with precision and kindness. Over the years, the Caves René have developed their offer by always adapting to the visitors' demand: 150 references of artisanal beers, rum, whisky, armagnac... In the heart of the Saint-Pierre district, Cousin et Compagnie is a true pioneer in the wine industry. The U.S.V. is a Bordeaux merchant trader located on two shops in Bordeaux, the first opened in April 2011 in the Place district in the Saint-Michel area and the other in May 2012 in the Somme in Nansouty. Here you will naturally find wines from Bordeaux, but not that. All regions of France are represented at the C.U.V and even beyond, all countries are present. You can also find spirits and traditional beers. The U.S.V is a great place for discovery and sharing. During the wine tastings, the wines are accompanied by the products of the Capuchin market, famous in Bordeaux: cheese, cold meats, seafood… there are for all tastes! Benoît Husson's cellar has existed for a few years and it has found its place in this neighbourhood where there is no risk of dying of thirst...
