Once again, Corsica invites itself to Bordeaux for a week. On the program of festivities dedicated to the Isle of Beauty, meetings with about twenty producers, tastings of all kinds, evenings, laughter, sharing, creative discoveries, as well as concerts. This former railway station, located in the heart of Biarritz, has been completely renovated and is just a 5-minute walk from other convention centers. Behind its facade, 1,400 seats with a 600 m² stage and a 127^m² screen and another 230 seats, ten rooms from 50 m² to 310 m² over 4,000^m² and a terrace and reception hall of 310 m² each. It is the venue for special events and festivals, making it one of the most sought-after venues in Aquitaine. With over 100 shows to its name, it also plays host to the stars and groups of the moment.

Here's an event not to be missed if you're in Arcachon with the family during the summer. Every Wednesday, the Arcamômes festival takes place in the enchanting setting of the Théâtre de Verdure in the Parc Mauresque. Live shows for children aged 4 to 12: circus, music, magic, theater, your little ones (and you) will be delighted by these performances, which come to life at dusk for an even more fabulous and poetic side! While the Feria de Dax attracts thousands of festival-goers every year, there's plenty to do for sports enthusiasts too. The Feriascapade attracts almost 4,000 athletes every year! This 10 km race, a qualifier for the French championship and part of the Landes road challenge, follows a flat course with no major difficulties around Dax. It is accessible to disabled athletes. The ^26th Feriascapade takes place at the Maurice Boyau municipal stadium. Non-licensed participants will need a medical certificate.

A summer on the banks... An unmissable event for Dacquois, tourists and spa-goers alike! Les Berges Ephémères returns to the Roman city every year. It's for those who don't go on vacation, but also for all those who are looking for a cool spot in the shade of the plane trees, relaxation and entertainment along the river. And the program is packed, with so many partners. Gym tonic, magnet fishing, exhibitions, zumba, family yoga, conferences, theater... You have to see it to believe it!

As each year, the national water ice sculpture competition creates the event in Andernos-les-Bains. First of the competitions, demonstration of ice sculptures by professionals and the best workers in France, as well as by amateurs. The time for a weekend, raise your eyes to the sky and watch stealing a thousand colors during the kite festival in Hourtin Plage. A big event animated by numerous manufacturing activities and demonstrations organized by the Association des amis d 'Hourtin Plage, with the participation of the Sporting and Cultural Union of Hourtin and the traders of Hourtin Plage.

This is the meeting of lovers of good love. They come both to scrutinize the know-how of our craftsmen, to find the right products, but also (and perhaps above all) to taste everything. Wines to marry with cheese and breads, regional specialities in AOC, cold meats, exhibitions, bandas animation, carnival, this is an opportunity to indulge in every sense of the word. The Louis Davis house in Andernos-les-Bains, the artistic exhibition place, welcomes the autumn exhibition in September. This event is an opportunity to discover an artist from either here or beyond. The Communauté de Communes du Réolais en Sud Gironde, together with several associations, is organizing a sporting and solidarity event on May 5, 2024. The 2nd edition of Coeurs en Réolais once again offers you the chance to get involved in the "parcours du coeur" by taking part in the walking, mountain biking and running loops (without competition or ranking). The routes will take you through Saint-Sève, Roquebrune and Saint-Hilaire-de-la-Noaille, allowing you to rediscover the region. Disguises recommended! Attend the world's largest robotics and artificial intelligence competition, from July 4 to 10, 2023 at the Bordeaux Exhibition Center (July 6 to 9, 2023 for the general public). The RoboCup was initiated in 1996 by Hiroaki Kitano to stimulate research in robotics, in particular to develop a team of fully autonomous robots capable of defeating the human team, the world soccer champion. An immersive journey to the heart of ancient Egypt from Bordeaux? It's possible with this virtual reality experience that takes us on a tour of the Pharaohs' pyramids. Put on your VR headset and follow your guides on this historical and entertaining discovery, to be enjoyed with family or friends. The settings are rigorously reconstructed and the data verified by a professor of Egyptology at Harvard University. This is a serious show!

On the occasion of the Paris 2024 Olympic Games, Bordeaux metropole is hosting the men's and women's soccer tournament in its capacity as "Collectivité Hôte". From July 24 to August 2, come to the Matmut Atlantique stadium to watch seven major matches, including the quarter-final matches. Get ready to thrill alongside these international champions! A number of the city's sports facilities have also been accredited to help athletes prepare for and compete in the tournament.

The Quartier Moderne or young designers' weekend: two editions a year for over 10 years now: spring-summer in May and autumn-winter in December. It's Nouvelle-Aquitaine's designer brand show! Companies from all over the world are invited to express dance as a universal language, offering original creations. Performances take place at the Olympia Theatre, the Port Theatre and even on the beach! Around these shows are organized exhibitions and choreographic workshops, as well as free shows on the sand.

This now famous regatta of the basin takes place every year at the beginning of July from Saturday 6 pm to Sunday noon. The weekend is also chosen according to the full moon. Les 18 heures d'Arcachon à la Voile is a festive event that brings together hundreds of sailing boats of different sizes. It's THE pool race! It brings together sailing enthusiasts, both sailors and yachtsmen. It's a colourful sight to see hundreds of spis swollen in the wind...

Over the years, the Jumping des Sables d'Arcachon has established itself as one of the must-see events in the national equestrian calendar. The event brings together the best French riders around numerous events, including a very spectacular one on the Pereire beach at low tide. Over three days at the beginning of June, various show jumping competitions, entertainment, equestrian shows and the famous Derby on the beach follow one another at the equestrian centre.
