The creators and craftsmen are present in Martres for the love of earthenware. The craftsmen master earthenware, ceramics, porcelain, stoneware, and travel from France, the Netherlands, Spain or Algeria to present their achievements. Since 2021, a space is dedicated to young designers from the Occitania region. They are invited to compete for the "Young Designer Prize". Workshops and demonstrations are offered to the public. The show is a must for lovers of art and traditions!

Organized under the impulse of the Aubrac breeders' association of the Pays d'Olt, this festival aims to highlight the values of the quality of the meat of the Aubrac breed. Consumers are informed about local gastronomic products, including the famous aligot. In the morning, 90 animals are presented on the old beef farm. You can admire them and discover this beautiful breed. In the evening, a traditional meal prepared by the breeders on the Cours Haut is organized and the accordion invites you to a convivial moment!

Every year, nearly 35 potters from all over France meet for two days in Saint-Céré in the Lot. It is an opportunity for these craftsmen to show their creations, but also their know-how through workshops of turning and demonstrations of sculpture. You will learn more about the different techniques of shaping, enameling and firing. A ceramic café will offer drinks to be enjoyed in the ceramics of the artisans present.

It is dedicated to traditions, but its reputation has made it a festive custom not to be missed: the Sunday following the 15th of August is every year the rendez-vous of Loudenvielle where agro-pastoralism and local crafts are celebrated. More than 90 exhibitors reveal the best of a mountain that can be sung, danced and tasted... without counting the cost!

In this emblematic architectural and heritage venue in Toulouse's Saint-Cyprien district, on the banks of the Garonne River, the Fragments show invites you to discover the region's arts and crafts. Every year as autumn arrives, the rue de la Colombette gets coloured: it's time to gather around a fair that has existed since 1944. It is organised by the Commune Libre de la Colombette, founded at the end of the war, which defends the craftsmen and independent shopkeepers of the district. For three days, in a joyful street market with more than two hundred exhibitors, meet shopkeepers and cultural associations involved in concerts, workshops and events. The spirit that reigns honours craftsmanship, eco-responsible behaviour, sharing... A real compendium of joie de vivre at Toulouse time!

For lovers of books and culinary specialties, the Salon du Livre et de la Gourmandise is the ideal place. Around the authors, most of whom are from the region, you will discover their works during the book fair. You will also enjoy strolling through a gourmet market where different artisans will make you taste their products. Accompanied by a travelling band, stroll through the fair and enjoy reading and creative workshops for the little ones.

In the heart of the Vallon, Marcillac winemakers celebrate their wines! During this one-evening event, you're invited to taste wines from the 4 AOPs (Marcillac, Entraygues-le-Fel, Estaing, Côtes de Millau) and IGP Aveyron, alongside the winemakers. The evening is enlivened by the Harmonie de Marcillac orchestra, and at the beginning of the evening, you're treated to the typical enthronement by the Échansonnerie de la Saint Bourrou.
