SYNDICAT D’INITIATIVE DU VAL DU TERNAY
Read moreThis is a small commune that always moves very much, thanks to its own initiative union! Since 2004, there have been no fewer than 47 exhibitions around the plastic arts, tourism, history and writing that have come to the house of associations. In all, 77 creators gave birth to this cultural place that works rather well! To celebrate this, the summer of 2011 was the occasion to offer a retrospective of this journey in the form of several exhibitions throughout the village with a summer circuit that visitors had to follow. On the theme Red love, the tone was given: poetry, music, creative participation of visitors, Saint-Julien-Molin-Wheel was in joy! Opening, concerts, welcoming painters, sculptors, photographers and video designers, it was unthinkable to miss this! Who knows you will see it (still) next year…

FEDERATION FRANÇAISE DE CYCLOTOURISME
Read moreThere are 350 sports events each year in Haute-Savoie in an exceptional and sensitive natural environment. Sustainable development is becoming a major concern of the organizers. Led by the departmental directorate of youth and sports, a charter has just been developed for organisers who are anxious to obtain a label in the implementation of specific actions. The idea is to move from a mere signatory to the charter, to the label "standard" and then to "excellence". The goal is to share on the Internet initiatives taken by actors, sort of box box for each event.
One of the main commitments is the decrease in transport caused by the event, the use of ephemeral markup, the criminalization of participants polluters, the use of low-packaged products, the recovery of waste, the privilege of a local partnership…
The first charters were signed in the fall of 2008: Raid raid, Faverges, Mont-Blanc Ultra Trail, Sommand eco-trail, TWF Millet raid, Red Needles trail, Adventure Chablaisienne multi-modal raid and the Nordic ski world cup in La Clusaz.
