2 reviews

This huge 6,500 m² complex is the ideal place to pamper your body and mind! Le Klube invites you to relax in the spa (with a range of massages, facials, make-up, waxing and tanning services, as well as a very pleasant balneotherapy area) and work out in the gym (group classes in pilates, bodybalance, stretching, bodyjam, bodycombat, etc.), as well as an RPM and cardio-training room. An aquatic area is also available for swimming, aquabike and aquagym classes... Last but not least, Le Klube also offers you the chance to bring your friends or get together with others to play badminton, squash, table tennis or footsalle... It's all about letting off steam and having fun! And if you want to improve your skills, you can ask for a private teacher. In short, a complete place that takes care of you and even offers a restaurant area (fresh produce and traditional cuisine).

JDA DIJON BASKET

Basketball

The JDA is first of all a big family regrouping two professional teams: basketball and handball. Created in 1980 under the name of Jeanne D'Arc, it will not be surprising that even today some Dijonnais call it "La Jeanne", the club is the oldest basketball club in France. On the management side, it is a brilliant machinery with Thierry Degorce as president and Nathalie Voisin as director, which is organized all year long. A pro section, a training centre and a supporters' club. On the floor, it is a staff of giants (literally and figuratively) who have the heavy responsibility of raising the team on the highest steps of the championships with as new coach Nenad Markovic, assisted by Vincent Dumestre and Adrien Curie. Note that last year the team went to the final of the Jeep Elite championship! Four new recruits come to reinforce the team in this 2021-2022 season, Sek Henry, Joshiko Saibou, Gavin Ware and Rashard Kelly. We can only encourage the curious to attend a game as the atmosphere is so joyful and family oriented. Fans will be able to purchase their tickets online or buy an annual season ticket that will open the doors to the entire season.

CENTRE DE FORMATION DU DFCO

Football

The DFCO inaugurated its training centre in 2014. Sébastien Degrange, its director, is doing everything possible to make young recruits succeed and find future professional players. Within the centre, there are the National 3, U19, U17, U15IR, U13/U14, U12 and the football school (U11 to U8). To meet the objectives set, the training centre has been equipped with state-of-the-art equipment and meticulous organization. The dedicated building covers 800 m², just in front of the Ligue 1 professionals. The facilities offer spacious and furnished rooms for two, a dining area where balanced meals are served and advised by a dietician, a study room, a common relaxation room, a fitness and physiotherapy area and several training grounds. The schedule for each day is perfectly orchestrated in order to structure the habits and progress of the young players. It should be noted that the emphasis is on schooling and the hours of course and study to do homework remain essential.
