FESTIVAL DE BD D'HAUTVILLERS

Literary Event

This festival dedicated to comics has been going strong for 16 years. A weekend of book signings, meetings, workshops and activities for young and old alike. The festival gets up to date, with screen-printing workshops, digital tablet stands, and free exhibitions in the cellars or at the tourist office. Some twenty authors take part each year. On the program for this 2024 edition: Étienne Willem, Jean-Claude Denis and Elizabeth Holleville.

SALON DU LIVRE JEUNESSE DE CORMONTREUIL

Literary Event

Teaching children to love reading is the vocation of the association Lire et Délires, which brings together teachers, librarians and booksellers in love with reading who are committed to passing on their passion to the youngest. This adventure, which began 21 years ago in a classroom at the Cormontreuil school, has now become a children's book fair that brings together each year many authors and illustrators who come to share their creations and share a moment of Reading and Delirium with young and old.

FÊTE DU LIVRE DE FISMES

Literary Event

Come and celebrate the book in Fismes, the cradle of Albert Uderzo and the famous little Gaul, Asterix, whom he created with Goscinny. Since 1984, books have invaded the city on a Sunday to pay tribute to the country's child. Book market, meetings with authors, signing sessions, literary café with readings, activities around book trades through calligraphy workshops, typography, marbled papers... without forgetting the bookmark salon for amateurs. This is a program that will delight book lovers, young and old alike. The heart of the event is of course the comic strip, long sponsored by Uderzo himself.

Ready for the big thrill? Since 2006, the Interpol'Art festival has been the unmissable event for fans of detective stories and noir novels. During its two weeks in October, you will certainly come across famous authors such as Dominique Manotti, Caryl Férrey, Bernard Boudeau... in the City of Rites. Interpol'Art is not only dedicated to literature, the festival is open to all artistic disciplines, whether it be cinema or comics.
