JARDIN DE COCAGNE CHLOROPHYLLE

Fair trade food

Do you need vegetables? They need work! It is on this principle that the vegetable gardens of the Chlorophyll network are put in place. To be tasted: excellent tomatoes, from traditional varieties, grown with only treatment of the waste waste and a little Bordeaux bouillie. Twenty employees work for this association which hosts every week 160 members, who come to search for who a basket, or half basket, well filled. A total of about tons of vegetables are harvested each year. The circuit, for a good cause, has natural guaranteed products. It would be wrong not to try.

JASSON MASSON ET FILS

Fair trade food

Apremont, in the heart of Savoie, is home to the Jasson Masson et Fils winery. Founded five generations ago, this estate offers a selection of excellent Savoy wines. The Apremont terroir is unique, resulting from the largest mountain landslide in Europe, that of Mont Granier in 1248. Rocks and streams of mud have shaped a clay-limestone hillside ideal for micro-vinification. The domaine offers 12 cuvées d'Apremont, all vinified separately, enabling visitors to discover the different characteristics of the micro-terroirs. Domaine Masson also emphasizes respect for nature, applying sustainable viticultural practices and harvesting by hand. For wine lovers, a visit to the winery is highly recommended to discover the history and local know-how.

CHAMPAGNE BARNAUT

Fair trade food

Between vineyards and forest, let yourself be transported to the heart of Bouzy, a magnificent village classified as a Grand Cru, to discover the history of these Champagne creators for 5 generations. 1873 marks the beginning of Barnaut champagne, which was created thanks to the union of Edmond Barnaut, a pressure broker and wine grower, and Apolline Godmé-Barancourt, descendant of a very old wine grower family from Bouzy.

The following year, the couple created their first vintage "La Grande Réserve", an emblematic wine that you can still find in the current range. Proud of this ancestral heritage, the current owners of the House, Laurette and Philippe Secondé, need to get to the heart of the matter, without artifice, to reveal all the riches of nature and their terroirs. Organic fertilizers, spontaneous grassing of the plots, photovoltaic coverage of the cellars, everything has been thought of in an eco-citizen approach.

8 vintages and 2 still wines (2 Grand Cru Champagne hillsides) pay tribute to the exceptional know-how of this House:

- Cuvée Sélection Brut Nature Grand Cru: a wine of great power that will please connoisseurs and sublimate delicious seafood dishes.

- Cuvée Grande Réserve Brut Grand Cru: a shared wine to be enjoyed as an aperitif or at the table with poultry in sauce and grilled fish.

- Cuvée Blanc de Noirs Brut Grand Cru: a powerful and distinguished wine to be served with game.

- The Cuvée Blanc de Blancs Brut: a 100% chardonnay with a beautiful vivacity. Mineral, gourmet, subtle, this witty wine will go well with a scallop pan.

- The Authentic Cuvée Rosé Brut Grand Cru: this wine will honour the most beautiful gastronomic dishes. Discover it also around a cheese platter with strong flavours.... Emotions guaranteed.

- The Edmond brut Cuvée - 2009 vintage: an intoxicating wine that reminds us of an exceptional year. To discover on truffles in crust. A delightful treat....

- A Bouzy rouge: a red wine that will sublimate ballottines of chicken lacquered in strong juice, chanterelles and mirabelles, accompanied by a creamy polenta.

- A Bouzy Rosé Clos Barnaut: a wine that will magnify an octopus lacquered with orange juice, fragrant oil.

And to celebrate your most beautiful moments, the House offers you the opportunity to personalize your labels.
