Louis and his partner Salomé, the 6th generation, have now joined their parents at the head of the cheese dairy. Eager to bring a fresh impetus to the business, in November 2020 they opened a resplendent, modern boutique next to the production workshop. Several ewe's milk specialties are prepared on site. You'll also find other delicious flavors to savor thanks to its Greek and Italian delicatessens, olive oil, mezze, poutargue at lunchtime or homemade pasta.

On the spot you can, among other things, taste boards of cold cuts associated with selected wines and jams and take advantage of the small and very pleasant cheese bar. On the stalls, you will find the great classics, but also lesser-known cheeses that are nevertheless worth the detour.
