For some years now, it's the number One location of Beverly Hills where it's good to be seen. This is largely due to its excellent cuisine. The CUT restaurant is located inside the Beverly Wilshire Hotel, with the design of Richard Meier. The other big name associated with this site is the excellent chef, Wolfgang Puck, who has made up a menu of recipes from all over the world, all with steaks and seafood. Prices are expensive, but experience is worth a detour: The service is exceptional and the restaurant's clientele is the epitome of the Hollywood spirit.

In this former gas station transformed into a restaurant by a Texan, you can enjoy sandwiches, nachos and, above all, barbecued ribs served in cardboard plates full of beans and coleslaw. A delight! Some evenings, cowboys come with their guitars and sing in front of the guests seated on long tables covered with checkered tablecloths. An address where authenticity and good atmosphere reign.

After tasting "hot chicken" - fried chicken - the specialty of Nashville, Tennessee, chef Johnny Ray Zone had a brainwave: even though he had worked alongside such greats as Thomas Keller, Gordon Ramsay and Nobu Matsuhisa, it was this dish that he wanted to cook and adapt in all its forms. A wish that he first fulfilled through a food-truck, before settling in Chinatown in 2015. An excellent address, not to be missed!

Little Miss BBQ is one of Phoenix's must-try restaurants for grilled meat or meat in sauce, Texas-style. Located in an industrial district, the restaurant has built a solid reputation that has been maintained over the years. On the menu: sausage, turkey, ribs, pulled pork and beef brisket from every angle. Smaller budgets will prefer sandwiches. Note that another address has opened in the Sunnyslope district, to the north of the city.

We're not in Napa Valley yet, but this address already sets the tone for this wine and food region. Located in the center of Sausalito, an upscale town where restaurants are expensive, this small, unpretentious address offers affordable burgers. What makes them special is that they are prepared with ingredients from the Napa Valley. The wood-and-brick interior is very recent, but the best part is the sunny terrace. We regret, however, that it is not open for dinner.
