Read moreIn addition to organizing the gay pride of Tours, the aims of this association are the animation of the LGBT Espace in Touraine, the prevention of stis, listening and support for LGBT, especially victims of homophobic discrimination. At the address of the association, LGBT Espace is a lesbian, gay, bisexual and trans centre, a titular member of the French Federation of LGBT Centres. In this respect, the association offers other LGBT associative structures to benefit from the infrastructure - head office, postal address, public hotlines or working meeting. There is a documentation centre on HIV, AIDS, IST, homophobia and all issues related to everyday life and the problems it can create for LGBT people. Space is also a prevention point - male and female condoms - and gel free of charge. A loan library open to members of the association offers a wide choice of over 500 books. The ethics of the association want interviews to be confidential and kept by trained persons.
