Through a theme gallery, the most diverse forms of expression are discovered: sculptures, decorative panels, lighting, paintings, sculptures, art objects. A workshop, which allows access to the universe of creation, leaves that of an artist. In summer you can enjoy the terrace, where the beauty of an exceptional site blends with soft exotic fragrances.
ESPACE MÉTIERS D'ART EN TROGLO
Read moreUnique objects, to offer or to please yourself... Nestled in a troglodyte hillside, under 12 m high vaults, art craftsmen from all over France exhibit their creations. Here, neither paper nor leather (organic materials which would not support the humidity of the troglodytes), but glass, stone, jewels, ceramics or mosaics... shaped with ingenuity by passionate craftsmen. If the price range varies, the entrance is free and it is worth the detour.

GALERIE D'ART 3838

GALERIE OLIVIER ROUSSEAU
Read moreSince 2014, Olivier Rousseau took the plunge and opened his art gallery. Reconverted in this profession at almost 40 years old, the master of the place has always been passionate about the subject and shares his love of art with visitors. He therefore carefully selects artists who come to him to propose their work, or whom he spots himself during his peregrinations. Painting, sculpture, photography: art has no borders! With about ten exhibitions per year, Olivier Rousseau gives visitors time to enjoy his creations, which are of course available for sale. Contemporary art, or sometimes sacred art, the gallery owner has no blinkers on, and will be happy to welcome you.
ARTISTS' VILLAGE
Read moreAtypical ! In the center of Rablay-sur-Layon, installed in a former presbytery of the XVth century, the Village d'artistes is an associative art gallery created in 1987 to promote contemporary art. Yes, contemporary craftsmanship in rural areas works! Each year, about thirty creators who are regulars of the place present their works in a permanent way. The gallery also organizes temporary exhibitions. Jewelry, ceramics, sculptures, engravings, paintings, lights... The spaces of the Village are constantly evolving. A visit to the store is recommended!
ATELIER MARTINE MAUDET
Read moreIt's been 4 years now that Martine Maudet, graduate in art embroidery and from the famous school Pivaut in Nantes, has invested this small room in the rue Bressigny to exhibit and sell her creations, but also (alternately, and more and more frequently) to give art embroidery classes (of course!), but also painting, pastel, drawing and even tapestry. A multidisciplinary artist, whose gallery-workshop-boutique is constantly reinvented according to her creations (superb clay sculptures and female portraits in oil or acrylic) but also according to her desire to exhibit the works of other artists. A singular, intimate and endearing place.
